About Us

Holistic Bodyworx is Mississauga's first Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates Studio. We are located in a small picturesque business village in the heart of Mississauga. We have two studios in a peaceful environment; an infrared hot studio, and a non-hot studio for our hot and non-hot Yoga, Pilates, and Fusion classes. We offer many classes seven days per week to accommodate most people’s busy schedules. We practice Hot Hatha Flow and Hot Power Flow yoga in our Infrared hot environment. We practice Pilates combo classes in a non-hot environment and offer many Pilates mat classes and Power Pilates classes in infrared heat. Our Instructors are friendly, approachable, experienced and trained to help students learn, meet and exceed their fitness and wellness goals.

We also specialize in private one on one training for Yoga, Pilates, and traditional Personal training. We have Instructors who can also blend the three disciplines together.

Holistic Bodyworx offers Yoga and Pilates Teacher training certification programs, along with continuing education and workshops.

As well we offer wellness services such as Thai Yoga Massage, Reflexology, and Life Coaching.

Yoga Teacher Training

Along with our classes we also specialize in private training. We offer private training in Yoga, Pilates, and Traditional Personal Weight Training. We also can do a mixture of two or all three disciplines together.
